I have been unable to stop eating. It's almost like I just cannot stop being hungry. I eat and eat but I never seem to get full. Yes, I know it's probably because I'm eating things that aren't really filling and are not even close to healthy. I've eaten 2 bowls of Cocoa Pebbles; half of a LARGE bag of potato chips; a quarter of a container of onion dip; a couple of bananas; an English muffin; 2 candy bars; a quarter pounder; and a small order of french fries.
Even if I didn't eat that all in one sitting - it was over a period of 18 hours - it still is a lot more than I would eat on any regular day. Part of me is stressed because of the job thing and part of it is hormonal, but ALL of it is going to add pounds to my body. But, for whatever reason, I just cannot seem to get the sense of being full.
It's scary. I know that tomorrow is a new day and luckily we're out of chips. But seriously, this HAS to STOP!!!!
