I have sorely been neglecting this blog and other things as well. I haven't been to the gym in weeks - mainly because I've been sick on and off - but come tomorrow I am on a mission to get things back in gear. I had a good routine going where I would work out in the monring 3 times a week and then twice in the evenings. I'm hoping that that I can get back on that type of schedule.
Then there is the upkeep of my blog which I seem to be able to do only on the weekends and on the days where there is a day off. Shees - what has happened? How did things fall apart so quickly?
