This weekend has been very stressful. My parents have sold their Illinois home and will be closing on the sale in a matter of weeks. Then there is the work stress and thee personal stress as a result of some decisions I've made recently. I am starting to think that I need to start carrying around paper bags to breathe into. The anxiety is excruciating.



Xanax can be your friend when you need it. I don't take it regularly at all, but I had panic attacks as a result of so much anxiety I was carrying around a couple months ago; the attacks were debilitating. I actually went to the ER because I thought there was something wrong with my heart. I have an Rx for it and it makes me feel better just knowing it's there if I really need it. I've only ever taken five or six, but they really helped when I needed them.
Just a thought.

I hate taking medicine. Its a stretch to take allergy pills. What seems to work for me are a lot of deep breaths.
