It's never okay for a grown man to speak to another grown person's mother in a way that suggests that they raised their child incorrectly. This includes sarcasm. Case in point, one person telling their soon to be ex-spouse that they "should be proud of the way that (they) raised their daughter, (fill in name here)."
Really?!?! Isn't that saying something about the way that you're mother raised you? Comments like these in front of your children speak volumes about your character.

It sounds like he's feeling a little bitter and is lashing out. Still, it's unacceptable, especially in front of the kids.
He knows the gravy train is over and Sugar Mama is off to greener pastures. The clock is ticking.
